Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior.
Serve as a key member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
Collaborate with families and BCBA supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Spanish fluency required — must be able to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and families.
Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
Need to Know:
Services provided in clients’ homes or community-based locations.
All positions start part-time.
Candidates should be willing to commit at least 6 months to support clients’ progress.
Paid training provided — no prior experience required.
