Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior.

• Serve as a key member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.

• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.

• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.

• Collaborate with families and BCBA supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Spanish fluency required — must be able to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and families.

• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.

• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Need to Know:

• Services provided in clients’ homes or community-based locations.

• All positions start part-time.

• Candidates should be willing to commit at least 6 months to support clients’ progress.

• Paid training provided — no prior experience required.
