Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behaviors
  • Implement skill-building programs and individualized care plans as part of the clinical team
  • Accurately record session data using electronic devices
  • Foster a positive learning environment and build strong relationships with clients and families
  • Collaborate with families and other providers to enhance treatment outcomes

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to learn and a passion for working with children with autism
  • Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
  • Reliable transportation

Need to Know:

  • Services are provided in clients’ homes or community-based settings
  • All positions start as part-time
  • Completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course is required
  • Minimum 6-month commitment required
